There are steps you can take before, during and after setting a boundary that can help you move through the discomfort. Ways to take care of you. We go through these in this module. Our bodies may have been programmed as a child to feel that this is unsafe but you can change this within you.
We go deeper into next steps if someone doesn't respect your boundary. As we cannot control other peoples actions of manipulate them into reacting they way we want. We want to own our truth, feel safe in our bodies and build our worth from putting ourselves first. Remembering our WHY we are doing this. As it can feel uncomfortable.
