You are so over your habits running the show! That you feel powerless to go to behaviours that are sabotoging the goals you want to achieve and you just feel powerless because of them.
This is not your fault the subconscious and unconscious mind are running the show but you can hack your brain and change your behaviours to habits that support you it having the life you wish for no longer sleep walking through your current habits.
You can change then even with past traumas!
